1. Return Eligibility
We currently do not offer returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may contact us for assistance. To be eligible for review, the issue must be reported within the timeframe mentioned below and supported with clear evidence such as photos or videos of the product and packaging.
2. Reporting Issues
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you must contact us within 5 DAYS of receiving your order.
Please email us at info@moderncart.co.in with the following details:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos or video of the product
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
Requests submitted after the specified timeframe may not be eligible for review.
3. Refund Process
If your request is approved after review, we may offer a refund or replacement at our discretion, depending on the situation.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges for products once orders have been delivered.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, our team will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or arrives defective, please notify us within 5 days of delivery.
Our team will carefully review the provided evidence and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products that have been used, worn, or altered
- Items reported after the specified reporting period
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Personal care or hygiene products once opened (where applicable)
7. Return Shipping Costs
Since returns are not accepted, return shipping does not apply.
In situations where a replacement is approved due to a damaged or incorrect product, Modern Cart will provide further instructions if a return shipment is required.
